Symmetric Polyarthritis Involving Knees

Which of the following organisms is most likely etiologically related to the patient's arthritis?

A. Fungus.
B. Gram-negative cocci.
C. Gram-negative rod.
D. Gram-positive cocci.
E. Spirochete.
