they are often totally unaware.
Tend to
breathe with the upper chest and accessory musculature as opposed to diaphragmatic
breathing
Bodies are in
a perpetual ‘fight or flight’ mode
IBS or
intestinal yeast problems
Despite
normal thyroid function tests, many actually have hypoactive thyroids
Many do not
enter deep sleep (REM)
Majority
report onset of fibromyalgia following a period of prolonged physical or
emotional stress
